Summary: | The utility model relates to a prestressed steel rope roof bolt which is composed of a rod body of the steel rope, a connector, a connecting sleeve, a nut, a pallet, etc., wherein, one end of the rod body of the steel rope is processed into a rectangular flat head, and the other end of the rod body of the steel rope is sheathed with a shuttle head which is wedged and welded with the rod body of the steel rope into integration, or the nut is added on the exposed rope head of the shuttle head which is welded with the rod body of the steel rope into integration. The connector is processed by adopting screw-thread steel, and the connecting sleeve is sheathed outside the junction of the rod body of the steel rope and the screw-thread steel and is squeezed with the two parts into integration. The novel structure enables the rod body of the steel rope to be firmly combined with the connecting part of the connector, which improves tensile strength and increases the bearing capacity of the rope roof bolt, and because waste and old steel ropes are utilized for processing roof bolts, the utility model has the advantages of convenient material adoption, material saving, low cost, more reasonable reuse of the waste and old steel ropes, simple structure, convenient processing, convenient installation, high security and economy, being especially suitable for coal mine shaft and drift supporting. |
