Summary:The utility model relates to a damper. An elastic element and damping liquid are contained between a rotary body and a seat body, wherein, an inner containing chamber is formed in the rotary body, and a stopping piece is arranged on the top surface of the inner containing chamber; the elastic element is provided with an upper positioning rod on the upper end, and the lower end is provided with a lower positioning rod; the upper positioning rod is positioned on the stopping piece of the inner containing chamber of the rotating body, and one end of the elastic element is contained in the inner containing chamber of the rotating body; containing space is formed in the seat body, and a clamping piece through which the lower positioning rod of the elastic element is positioned is arranged on the bottom of the containing space; the rotary body which is sheathed with one end of the elastic element is arranged in the containing space of the seat body and is positioned. Therefore, the utility model has the advantages of simple structure, rapid assembly and low cost.
