The utility model relates to a movable regulation chamfering device for a rough boring cutter. The rough boring cutter is provided with two boring hole cutter seats, a cutter rod and two boring hole cutter blades. The two boring hole cutter seats are respectively provided with a cutter groove seat, and the boring hole cutter blade can be arranged in the cutter groove seat. The cutter rod is provided with a double-edge boring heads in which the two boring hole cutter seats can be arranged, a boring shaft and a clamping rod. The chamfering device comprises a first clamping slice and a second clamping slice which can be oppositely buckled on the diameter surface of the boring shaft, two bolts which can lead the first clamping slice and the second clamping slice to be oppositely buckled and be fixedly locked, and a chamfering cutter seat which is provided with a chamfering cutting blade. When the rough boring cutter is used for processing a boring hole, the chamfering cutting blade can be used for simultaneously leading a working substance to be chamfered, and man-hours and cost for secondary operation are saved.
