Summary:A water-proof, anti-theft and anti-foul type sealed well cover comprises a well cover and a well base, wherein the well cover is provided with a lift hole, reinforced ribs spread over the back of the well cover, at least a ring of seal groove is arranged on the edge of well base, and a seal ring is embedded in the seal groove. A ring of press port bulging downwardly is arranged on the lower edge of the well cover and corresponds to the seal groove. The cross section of the seal ring is a trough-shaped or rectangular rubber ring or a flexiplastic ring, the well cover and the well base are hinged together on one side, and the hinge side can be connected with an anti-theft lock. The well cover and the well base of the utility model can be made circular or rectangular. The utility model which integrates the water-proof, anti-theft and anti-foul functions with good seal performance can also effectively protect the well cover against theft. The utility model is particularly suitable for hotels, restaurants, sewage reservoirs and clear water basins of underground engineering, indoor and outdoor sewage conduits, gas and heat conduits, electric and telecommunication pipes with water-proof and anti-foul requirements.
