Summary: | Disclosed is a micro silicon acceleration transducer which can detect bidirectional accelerations. The current acceleration transducer has large size and low sensitivity and can detect only unidirectional acceleration. The utility model consists of a shell 1; a circuit board 2 which is provided with a micro silicon acceleration chip and is arranged in the shell 1; a soleplate 3 which has two pairs of mutually vertical sides and is arranged at the bottom of the shell 1; an aviation plug 4 which is connected with the circuit board 2 and is arranged on the upper part of the shell 1; a sensitive circuit which takes an AD202 chip as the center component and is included in the circuit board with the micro silicon acceleration chip; bias circuits which respectively take a TL 084 as the center component and is connected with the sensitive circuit; and amplifying circuits which also respectively take a TL084 as the center component and is connected with the bias circuit; wherein two groups of such bias circuits and amplifying circuits are connected to the sensitive circuit. The utility model is a transducer with small size and high sensitivity. |
