Summary: | The utility model provides a dual-roller vibration disintegrator. Material feeding rollers arranged in parallelism and crushing rollers carrying out reciprocating vibration to the left and right are arranged in a frame; the middle part of the crushing roller is movably sleeved with a swing shaft; the two sides of the swing shaft are extended out of the frame; the swing shaft at the two sides of the crushing roller in the frame is connected with an eccentric block; the swing shaft out of the frame is sleeved with a supporting swing rod; the lower part of the swing rod passes through a pin shaft; the head at one end of the swing shaft is connected with a belt pulley which is connected with a motor belt pulley by a belt; the two ends of the swing shaft out of the frame are provided with an energy storage component. Material is crushed by the vibration impaction and shearing principle; crushing and material feeding respectively belongs to two mutually independent branches; crushing strength and material feeding strength can be separately adjusted, in order to be suitable for the materials with different crushing degrees and to reach good crushing effect and high yield. The material feeding roller and the crushing roller are almost in pure rolling, with little abrasion and long service life. The utility model is a dual-roller vibration disintegrator which has low crushing energy consumption and high efficiency, in particular to be suitable for finely crushing material. |
