Summary: | The utility model provides a forced circulating amination vaporization reactor, consisting of a flash chamber, a downcorner, a forced circulation pump and a reaction pipe which are connected in series in order to form a cirque enclosed structure system. An ammonia nozzle arranged on the reaction pipe mainly consists of a connecting pipe and a nozzle connected with one end of the connecting pipe; the nozzle is the assembly of a conical tube and a sphere with spraying holes; the combination solid is in a spherical sector shape. The cone angle of the conical tube is ranging from 55 DEG to 65 DEG; the spraying holes on the sphere are arranged in cirque shape. Because the amination reactor is provided with a forced circulation pump and the ammonia nozzle is improved, the car starting and parking are convenient; the pipeline is not easy to form scale; no vibration and low noise exist in operation, and the neutralization reaction is more complete. |
