Summary:The utility model relates to a harmless gas processing device which integrates a cement rotary kiln with a domestic refuse incinerator, comprising the part of the cement rotary kiln with a multi-graded whirl drum preheater and a predecomposition furnace and the part of the domestic refuse incinerator. The two parts are connected with an exhaust connection tube preserved at one side of the predecomposition furnace of the cement rotary through a refuse incineration gas pipe; the predecomposition furnace is connected with a jet burner supplying a secondary energy, a fuel conveyance tube and a tertiary air duct from a rotary kiln clinker cooler to supplement energy. The utility model combines refuse processing and cement production, which can save large investment, operation cost and energy and realize strategic objectives of harmlessness, minimization and reclamation.
