Summary:An improved structure of pneumatic lifting type computer desk comprises a square standpipe, an air pressure rod sleeved by the standpipe and a sleeve capable of not only sealing and sheathing the air pressure rod but also lifting with the telescoping of the air pressure rod. The top of the standpipe is sheathed with a collar which is locked onto the sleeve through a fastening member, and a screw goes through the sleeve and abuts against the collar to oppress the wall of the standpipe, thereby enabling the height of a first desk panel to be fixed after adjustment, wherein, a set of stand is downwardly connected with the bottom surface of the first desk panel, a set of telescopic support in parallel with the first desk panel is connected with the other end of the stand away from the first desk panel, and one end of the support is connected with a second desk panel to enable the second desk panel to adjust elastically both in the horizontal direction and in the lengthways direction. Thus, the utility model has perfect adaptability and use value.
