A spherical packing box is nested on the rubber packing. A wearing proof bushing is arranged between the spherical packing box and the rubber packing. The sealed pressing ring is arranged on the head of the spherical packing box. The tightly pressed sealed pressing ring and the thread of the sealed pressing ring and the pressing cap are connected with the shell of the feeding box and a locknut. The utility model not only can prevent the smooth rod from abnormal side-wearing with the packing box but also can reduce the maintenance times, prolong the service the service life and reduce the loss of oil leakage; meanwhile, the environment pollution is reduced and the maintenance costs and material consumption of enterprises are reduced.
