A power supply switch (7) is the power source, the motor shaft (15) of a motor (5) outputs power, the drilling device is connected with the output shaft (16) of a gear box first by a triangle strip (11) and then by one end of a gear (21), the other end of the gear (21) is connected with the output shaft (17)of the gear box to drive a drilling rod (6) to move up and down with the fixed frame (20) on the sliding rail (18) and synchronically with the hinge consisting of the lifting spanner (5).
