Summary: | The utility model relates to a single roller bit with intermittent and pulsating jet flow function which is utilized for petroleum drilling and gas drilled hole. The utility model in particular relates to the hydraulic structure of the single roller bit. The utility model comprises a bit body and a roller cone. The bit body is matched and connected with the roller cone through an axle neck which is at the bottom end of the bit body. An upper flushing port and a lower flushing port are respectively provided on the bit body. The utility model is characterized in that the water outlet of the upper flushing port is provided on the inclined plane of the upper part of the bit body which is near the roller cone bottom surface. An injector is arranged at the water outlet of the upper flushing port. The bottom end surface of the injector is matched with the rear end spherical surface of the roller cone. Three to eight draining grooves are provided on the rear end spherical surface of the roller cone in circumferential direction in interval. The utility model is able to facilitate the upper flushing port form intermittent jet flow, and the lower flushing port form pulsating jet flow. The instantaneous concentration of the impact energy and the fluctuation of the under hole flow field is able to enhance and improve the high rock disintegration efficiency of the roller cone bit, and facilitate the up-hole of the rock debris. The bottom-hole blanket is effectively reduced; thereby, the deep drilling speed of the roller cone bit is promoted. |
