Disclosed is a combination device of a golf bag and a golf cart, which comprise a golf bag, a golf cart framework and a two-wheel body. The device is characterized in that the golf bag includes an inner shell body, wherein, a frame is arranged on the upper part of the inner shell body; the lower part of the inner shell body includes a base; two sides of the inner margin of the base form a containing space respectively, and a groove is arranged on the inner side of the inner shell body from the center to the upper. The golf cart framework comprises a central bearing seat to support a wheel bracket and a scalable handle tie rod; the central bearing seat is embedded and combined into the groove of the inner shell body and includes a upper and a lower location hole to locate the handle tie rod into the upper location hole or the lower location hole in the scalable process. A wheel body is arranged on the bottom end of the golf framework, which can be collected in the containing space on both sides of the bottom, and the diameter of the wheel body is bigger than the height of the containing space, resulting in sliding and dragging of the whole structure by the wheel in case of collection and extension. The device has the advantages of convenient and rapid operation, and easy carrying and collection.
