Summary:Disclosed is a regulating device for a reading head of a three-coordinate measuring machine, which is characterized by three triangle distributed dish springs, two threaded holes in the vertical board of an L-shaped angle steel, three horizontal waist slot bores in the horizontal board, three round holes in the backing plate which is attached to the bottom surface of the L-shaped angle steel horizontal board. The three round holes are concentric with the waist slot bores in the angle steel horizontal board and three screws drill through the three waist slot bores of the angle steel and the corresponding round holes in the backing plate and the inner holes of the dish springs. The utility model can give the reading head a high regulating precision, a simple structure, easy operation and low cost.
