Summary: | The utility model relates to a continuous casting mould. A non-equal gap soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting mould comprises a mould body(1), an inductive coil(2), a distinguishing body(3), a gap(4) between distinguishing bodies and an inductive coil tap(5). The inductive coil surrounds the distinguishing bodies which are equal and have different gaps. From the inductive coil tap at the upper part of the inductive coil, the gap in 0 to 90 degrees is at least one third of the joint cutting width, and gap in 90 to 180 degrees is at least two third of the joint cutting width, while gap in 180 to 360 degrees is the joint cutting width. The utility model, with even magnetic field in the mould and even stress on the molten metal meniscus as well as even and smooth casting powder, obtains perfect electromagnetic continuous blank with smooth surface and even quality; besides, the utility model has simple structure and obvious effect, thereby being applicable to such electromagnetic continuous casting mould as round blank, rectangular blank and plate blank. |
