Summary:The utility model relates to a whirlwind steering wheel which can control the direction of vehicle, and can deal with emergency situations and control the direction by one hand flexibly and rapidly. Two or three rolling bearing with the inner radius of 5 cm are connected with the position between the prior steering wheel ring and a bracket. The inner and outer rings of the rolling bearing are connected by ball bearings; a handle is arranged inside the inner ring of the rolling bearing. The operation for gripping the steering wheel is the same with that of the general steering wheel; as the handle is grasped by one hand, the emergency situations can be handled and the turnaround can be implemented flexibly and rapidly.
