An inserting catheter (3) is hollow, with an inner hole bending backwards at the top and facing the side wall. When in use, liquid medicine is sucked into the catheter body (1), and subsequently the inserting catheter (3) is inserted into the anus; after that, the internal bolt (2) is pushed so as to introduce the remedies into the rectum.
