The utility model relates to a portable hand movement drainage bottle for being used after cardiac thoracic surgery, which is essentially composed of a thorax connecting tube and a storage bottle, a negative pressure handle is connected with one end of the thorax connecting tube, a connecting tube which is communicated with the storage bottle is connected with the other end of the negative pressure handle, one-way valves which can control the flowing direction of liquid are arranged on the both ends of the negative pressure handle. Poisonless P V C material is adopted to make the thorax connecting tube, the negative pressure handle, the connecting tube, and the storage bottle. Enough negative pressure which is needed by conduction is produced by pressuring the negative pressure handle with a hand, and enough negative pressure in handle cavity can be kept by sealing of the one-way valve, and prevents liquid flowing backwards in the storage bottle. The utility model has the advantages of simple operation, safety and reliability, which can reduce burden of medical staffs, and can be applicable to surgical drainage in hospital, rescuing in battlefield, and patients transfer extensively.
