Summary:The utility model relates to a repairing device of the crane, particularly a prestressed tensioner which comprises a tensioner box body, a steel cable and a cable connected with a hinged supporting base, wherein the tensioner box body also comprises a connecting base, a screw thread draw rod, a bearing sleeve, a bearing, a cushion ring and a nut. One end of the connecting base is provided with a wedge-shaped slot, the inner of which is provided with a cable filling opening with a wedge-shaped appearance and a square conical shape inner chamber. The cable connected with the hinge is also provided with a wedge-shaped slot, the inner of which is also provided with a cable filling opening with a wedge-shaped appearance and a square conical shape inner chamber. The other end of the connecting base is connected with the screw thread draw rod into a whole. The prestressed tensioner has the advantages of simplified structure, small size, light weight, easy fabrication, low cost and convenient installation, and can be applied to the reparation of the deformation of the downwarping main beam of the medium and the small-sized cranes with the hoisting capacity less than 20t.
