The utility model is characterized in that an outer shade of the lamp tube is provided with a lampshade which is coated by rare earth fluorescent powder. Layers of aluminum foil layer which are coated by shrinkable plastic film sleeves are pasted outsides of a triode V1 and a triode V2, wherein, the triode V1 and the triode V2 compose a high frequency oscillation push-pull tube in the circuit board. The voltages resistance of a capacitor C5 which forms an LC series resonance circuit with a high frequency choke coil L in the circuit board is improved from 1000V to 1200V. The second generation durable low-cost electronic energy-saving fluorescent lamp has not only the advantages of the first generation electronic energy-saving lamp, but also a lower cost, lower price and long service life.
