The upper shell cover has a sheet-shaped electricity conducting layer, which can conduct electricity, and an insulating layer which fixedly coats the conducting layer outside. Hereby, the containing space of the shell base can be used for containing an electric appliance, the output end of which can be electrically connected with the conducting layer. The shell base used for the containing of an electric appliance can conduct the electricity potential energy efficiency and has the advantages of simple structure and durability.
