The utility model relates to a positioning device for processing a plurality of points, which comprises at least a positioning mechanism and a tool-clamping seat, wherein, the positioning mechanism can make a movement along the direction of X-Y shafts and is provided with at least four moving end points in a moving process along the direction of the X-Y shafts; the tool-clamping seat is arranged on the positioning mechanism and can make a movement along the direction of a Z shaft. The moving end points can be defined out positions which are prepared for processing, and then the tool-clamping seat completes the processing operation of the movement in the direction of the Z shaft. Therefore, the positions which are prepared for processing are determined by the positioning mechanism so that a moving action for processing is more rapid and artificial errors on operation can be completely eliminated while quick and accurate processing quality can be obtained.
