Summary: | The utility model belongs to a pressing head of an elastic strip fatigue tester in the field of metal materials. The pressing head uses a crank connecting rod structure, and a dovetail groove is arranged through the center of a round crank. The dovetail groove is provided with a changeable length block and a sliding block, and the length of the length block and the position of the sliding block decide the eccentric distance of the crank connecting rod. One end of the connecting rod is connected with a shaft of the sliding block through an end hole, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a pressing handle. When a motor drives the round crank to rotate, the connecting rod is also driven to reciprocate to lead the pressing handle to move linearly. The linear stroke of the pressing handle decides the amount of compression of elastic strips, and therefore, the fatigue data of the elastic strips is also decided. |
