Summary:The utility model relates to a softly sealed eccentric butterfly valve. The utility model is characterized in that the connection between a valve plate and a valve rod is realized through bolts and spring washers; the upper periphery of the valve plate is provided with an annular dovetail groove in which a sealing ring is arranged; a sealing belt of a spherical surface is arranged away from an axis in the position of a valve body contacting surface which is corresponding to the periphery of the valve plate; an operating rod is additionally arranged at one end of a handle arranged at the upper end of the valve rod, and positioning locking devices are arranged at the other end of the handle and on a valve body which is corresponding to the handle. The utility model has the advantages that a mechanical connection structure in the publicly known technology is effectively replaced, the structure is simple, materials are saved, the sealing ring arranged on the valve plate can be replaced quickly and conveniently, the unseating phenomenon is avoided, and the circulation characteristic of the utility model is improved.
