The upper part of the drain holes is flatly provided with a porous partition board by a supporting sheet for partitioning nutrient soil and the water storage area, and water absorption material rods are inserted into holes of the partition board. When the humidity of the nutrient soil is decreased to a certain degree, the water absorption material rods adsorb cultivating water from the water storage area so as to keep the humidity of the nutrient soil. With the devices, the utility model can automatically store the surplus cultivating water and automatically keep the humidity of the nutrient soil.
