A braking device and a drive axle seat with a chain disk are arranged in a hub sleeve barrel of a bicycle; the drive axle seat is respectively linked with the hub sleeve barrel and the inner braking device by using a left and a right rotary springs. When a user pedals a chain disk of the bicycle to drive the drive axle seat to forward rotate, the left rotary spring can be used for driving the hub sleeve barrel and wheels to forward move in a positive rotation way, and at the time, the right rotary spring and the braking device form an idle rotation state. When the phenomena of backward motion and downward slide caused by reversing the chain disk or the wheels by the users occurs, the right rotary spring can be used for driving the braking device to actuate to cause the hub sleeve barrel to form brake. The design can also have the function of a foot brake to ensure no backward motion and downward slide at the time of upslope.
