The negative pole of the output end of the arc welder is grounded and the positive pole is connected with the conductor rod. One end of the conductor rod is provided with an extension spring, and the other end and an ignition control system are mutually connected. The utility model has the advantages that the speed of melting ice and snow is high, efficiency is high, performance is stable and reliable and price is moderate.
