Summary: | The utility model relates to an intelligent non-contact measuring apparatus for the radial deflection of rotating metal bodies, which is composed of a rotation-period position trigger, a rotation-period position sensor, a displacement sensor, an SCM control part and a power source. The displacement sensor is a non-contact current vortex type displacement sensor, the rotation-period position sensor is positioned beside the path that is rotatively passed by the rotation-period position trigger, the displacement sensor and the position sensors are respectively connected with the SCM control part by cables, and the power supply is connected to an SCM and a transmitter of the displacement sensor. The normal measurement of the utility model can not be affected no matter whether the body surfaces to be measured are covered by lubrication oil or non metallic substances, and the utility model has the advantages of high measuring precision, strong anti-interference property, low cost and convenient operation. |
