The upper part of the chassis is provided with a machine frame; the mixing part and the heating part are installed on the chassis and the machine frame; the mixing part is provided with a diesel engine, a driving mechanism, and a working mechanism; the working mechanism is three mixing arms with different lengths which are fixed at the lower end of a vertical shaft, and the mixing arms form angles of 120 DEG; a sock and a colter are arranged on the mixing arms; the heating part is provided with the diesel engine, a blower fan, and an oil pump; air and fuel oil are pressed in a burner and burnt; flames are directly sprayed on mixed materials. The utility model has the advantages that the consumption of power for mixing is small, the thermal efficiency in the heating process is high, and the utility model is suitable for mixing and heating asphalt in highway maintenance.
