By using the frictional force between the tensioning slide blocks and the grinding wheel inner hole wall, the grinding wheel is tensioned and the lifting mechanism can lift the grinding wheel to transport the grinding wheel during inter process and packing process. The utility model has the advantages of flexible and convenient operation, low labour intensity, high work efficiency, no damage to the grinding wheel, simple structure, and small size.
