Summary:The utility model relates to a rail displacement observer which comprises a hidden pile which is arranged at one side of lines, wherein the hidden pile is provided with a support frame of the observer; a lens assembly for observation is arranged on the observing support frame; a mark line for observation and a measuring scaleplate are arranged on a rail web of lines to be measured. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, low cost for the hidden pile, easy operation and precise measurement, and the utility model is provided with the hidden pile only on one side and the apparent value error is less than (+/-) 1 mm. The utility model eliminates influence to a reference line caused by natural wind; the hidden pile is free from the interference of the external force, and the utility model does not influence the operation of large maintenance machines.
