Summary:The utility model relates to an improved bulk type barn. The utility model is characterized in that the bottom surface and the side wall of a barn are formed into insulating layers which are isolated from outside temperature regions by heat insulating material; both outer sides of the barn are respectively provided with a refrigerating system and a conveying belt; the bottom surface of the inside of the barn is provided with a plurality of grooves and grain guiding grooves respectively; an air infusing branch pipe which is communicated with the refrigerating system is arranged in each groove; a conveying threaded rod which can convey grain to the conveying belt is arranged in each grain guiding groove; grain is stacked in the barn, and cold air fully charges the barn upwards from the air infusing branch pipe by the refrigerating system. When the grain is taken out, the grain is conveyed to the conveying belt by the threaded rod, so that the grain can be stored and transported well.
