Summary:The utility model provides a cable connector device, which is assembled on a cable with high transmission rate via a connector body. The cable is provided with a transmission and a ground earth conductors which are in separated arrangement, and the conductors can respectively and mutually in electric communication with a plurality of rows of terminals and a ground device arranged on the connector body. The ground device is provided with a ground guide plate, a pierce foot which extends out of the ground guide plate and can pierce the cable and a side bending part which can contact the terminals, and the ground device can properly in series connection with a ground conductor and ground signal of the cable. So the two adjacent transmission conductors can be effectively isolated and can avoid crosstalk interference, and therefore, the stable high transmission rate of the utility model can be assured.
