Summary: | The utility model relates to a curved chair plate having an improved structure, which comprises a plurality of braiding layers, a weaving layer, and a raw material layer of an inner layer of wood sheet and an outer layer of wood sheet, and is formed in a mode that a curved chair plate mold is heated, pressurized and integrally shaped after glues are thoroughly wetted and dried, wherein, the braiding layers are formed by crosswise braiding green bamboos having the same width in order to provide the toughness and the bearing strength which are required by a chair plate. The weaving layer is covered on the surface of the green bamboo braiding layers to enhance the toughness of the green bamboo braiding layers; the inner layer and the outer layer of the wood sheets are used for reducing uneven veins on the surface of a finished product of the chair plate and are used for providing variety of pattern colors and designs. The utility model has the advantages of excellent bearing strength and toughness, does not need other surface processing and is capable of greatly simplifying the processing to reduce the cost. |
