The slip resistant ribbed grooves on the surface of the handle sleeve can be used for increasing the firmness of holding. When the tool handle is damaged by external force, an intact pattern can be moderately maintained because of the covering of the handle sleeve, the danger of splashing of the tool handle caused by crack damage can be prevented, and the integral operation safety can be enhanced.
