An entrance optical stop (1) and a negative lens (2) which are used for being passed by emitted monochroic light and changing the exit monochroic light into parallel beam, a full reflecting prism (3) making beam turn 90DEG, an absorption pool (4) and an exit optical stop (5) which are arranged between the negative lens (2) and the entrance slit (S 2) are arranged between an exit slit (s 1) and an entrance slit (S 2). When nontransparent solid samples are measured, the utility model can be replaced by a solid sample frame (6) to carry out the measurement.
