Summary: | The utility model relates to an air suction manifold branch of a molecular pump for a vertical coating chamber body to prepare high-grade glass coating materials. The utility model is provided with at least a curved conduit which is roughly in a right angle. A crystallizing field is arranged in the utility model; the lower part of the crystallizing field is provided with a dismountable sealing discharging port. The utility model comprises L-shaped and star-shaped manifold branches which are used for horizontal molecular pumps and h-shaped manifold branches which are used for vertical molecular pumps. The utility model can efficiently avoid glass chipping generated during the process of the production falling into pumps from sucking ports of the pumps. |
