The problems of low degree of balling and large recycled materials in the process of fertilizer granulating can be solved, the primary structure is characterized in that the utility model uses a step-shaped structure, the ratio of pit-depth to pit-diameter is from 0.2 to 1, a carrier roller and a ring support are supported by three points of a center bearing, and the utility model is provided with a variable type discharge scraper and an adhesive sprayer. The structure is used, continuous and stable operation of granulators can be realized.
