When the locking switch is pressed, and the locking switch is disengaged from the bracket, the bracket moves downwards; springs for a movable clamping head, which are arranged in a spring protecting tube on the connecting position of a fixing clamping head and the handle, can push away the movable clamping head or can be closed by hands.
