Summary: | The utility model relates to an impeller group of a new turbine. The impeller group of a new turbine is composed of a casing, a shaft, impellers, and a vapor stream isolating guide device. The casing is composed of an upper semi-drum and a lower semi-drum which are fixed through bolts. Each impeller is composed of a rotating disk and a moving blade. The vapor stream isolating guide device is composed of a partition plate and a guide blade. Compared with the prior art, because a vapor stream channel forms a buffer wave shape, in addition, the diameters of each group of impellers are the same, the utility model has the advantages of smooth vapor stream in the vapor stream channel, substantial agreement of pressure and a speed and small pipeline loss. Thus, each group of impellers can operate simultaneously in a good operating state. As long as the proportional relation between the vapor stream and the peripheral velacity of the impeller is maintained 2: 1, the impeller group has high mechanical efficiency. |
