The utility model is sheathed with an outer ring above a base of a tapered disc type grain precise seed discharging device. The utility model is composed of a seed cover, a seed funnel and a supporting sleeve, wherein the diameter of the seed cover which is arranged at the upper part of the utility model is greater than the diameter of the supporting sleeve, and both the seed cover and the supporting sleeve have a transitional tapered surface; the seed funnel which is in the shape of a back tapered stand, is positioned between the transitional tapered surfaces of the seed cover and the supporting sleeve, the large mouth (seed inlet) of the seed funnel is at the upper part of the seed funnel, the small mouth (seed leaking hole) of the seed funnel is at the lower part of the seed funnel, and the seed leaking hole is aligned with a tapered disc of the tapered disc type grain precise seed discharging device. The utility model has the advantages that the resistance force of a driving part can be reduced, the seeds can not be damaged by rubbing and the seed discharging quality and the yield per mu can be increased.
