The center of the hanging holder is provided with a holding plate part with hanging holes. The two sides of the holding plate part are respectively provided with a side wall in extension. The top side of each side wall is transversely provided with a fixing plate in extension. The top surface of the fixing plate is provided with a wavy convex-concave part formed integrally. The convex-concave part is dented with scheduled perforations for penetrating fixing screws on the wall surface of a ceiling. By the design of the convex-concave part, the installation of the utility model is more firm, and resonance and noise are effectively reduced.
