A window for placing a radioactive source (americium 241) is arranged on the radioactive source frame. Therefore, the utility model has double functions of ionic discharge in a space field and a radioactive lightening leading discharge. The novel integrated lightning-protection device can achieve good lightning-protection effect when the novel integrated lightning-protection device is provided with a strong radioactive source, or a weak radioactive source, or a micro radioactive source or no radioactive source.
