Once the liquid is absorbed into the buffer bottle (4) and contacts two liquid level probes (43, 44) in the buffer bottle (4), the relevant control circuit (5) turns down the electromagnetic air pump (3) to make the machine stop working, and an audible and visual alarm is sent out. Only after the liquid in the buffer bottle (4) is released, the machine can normally work; therefore, the goal of protecting the electromagnetic air pump is achieved, and the normal running and the service life of the machine is ensured.
