Summary:The utility model discloses a hand-eye-body exercising device, which solves the disadvantage that existing free pugilism exercising device can only train human's muscle but can not train human's defending ability and other abilities. The utility model is composed of a draw off mechanism which comprises a box body, a motor, a retarding mechanism, a shifting block and a swinging angle, a rubber ball and a telescopic chain. The rubber ball is arranged at a front end of the telescopic chain, a rotating shaft of the shifting block is arranged on a support bracket, and the corresponding swinging angle is connected to the support bracket via pin nails. A rotating shaft of the shifting block is connected with an output shaft of the retarding mechanism, and a driving belt is connected between the telescopic chain and the swinging angle. The utility model is suitable for being used in families and sports exercising places.
