The utility model provides an energy saving slurry neutralizing and centralizing apparatus, at least comprising two flash chambers, two heaters, two circulating pumps, one pipe reactor and assorted vapour-liquid separator. The pipe reactor is assembled with the vapour-liquid separator into integration, the slurry outlet end of the pipe reactor is positioned in the inner chamber of the vapour-liquid separator the top of which is provided with a vapour outlet, the bottom of the vapour-liquid separator is provided with a liquid outlet, and the vapour outlet and the liquid outlet are connected with the inlets of the flash chamber and the circulating pump which are not in the identical efficiency theory compulsory circulation evaporation system. The apparatus with simple structure not only can avoid environmental pollution generated by tradition neutralization apparatus, but also can economize electric energy and utilize the neutralization reaction heat.
