A spray thrower arranged besides the rear side of the rolling brush is connected with the electromagnetic valve and the water pump by the pipelines. The vehicle drives in from the front end of the base and drives out from the rear end to finish the flushing task for a vehicle body with dirt and oil film without scratching the paint film on the surface of the vehicle body.
