A grease melting and dicing device comprises a support and a bottom plate at the upper end of the support, a through notch is formed in the middle of the bottom plate, and a cutting knife is arranged in the through notch; a top plate is arranged above the bottom plate through stand columns, a telescopic driver is arranged in the middle of the top plate, and the driving end of the telescopic driver faces the through notch and is connected with a pressing block.
