Summary:The hydraulic anchor device comprises an anchor body, an anchor fluke, a pressing plate and a spring structure, the anchor fluke is arranged in a through hole of the anchor body, the pressing plate is installed at an outer port of the through hole, one end of the anchor fluke is provided with an installation through groove which is parallel and opposite to the pressing plate, and the inner side face of the pressing plate is provided with a step groove and a positioning groove which are sequentially increased in depth. The length of the stepped groove is larger than that of the installation through groove, the stepped groove is formed on the outer side of the positioning groove in a surrounding mode, the relative movement distance between the anchor fluke and the pressing plate can be increased by designing the stepped groove, and therefore the stroke distance of the anchor fluke extending out of the anchor body is increased.
