A heat absorption and heat transmission system used by a solar photo-thermal power generation system comprises a heat absorption tower, a heat transmission pipeline, a working medium driving device and a heat storage device. The heat absorption tower adopts a modular separation type heat pipe heat absorber solar heat absorption system to absorb solar heat and utilizes fused salt or a two-phase flow substance to carry out heat transmission, and finally the absorbed solar heat is stored in a heat storage working medium. According to the system, the separated heat pipe heat exchanger technology is adopted, and the space in the heat absorption tower can be flexibly and fully utilized; the system is also combined with various solar radiation heat transfer enhancement technical measures, so that the size or volume of the heat absorption tower is greatly reduced, and the cost of manufacturing, transporting, mounting and the like of the heat absorption tower is effectively reduced. The application of the special heat
